According to Rob Lamb, Vice President World Wide Sales IBM Internet Security Systems, effective March 1, 2010, all renewals of Support and Maintenance for IBM Internet Security Systems (IBM ISS) hardware and software product services coverage that have lapsed will be subject to a reinstatement fee. This action ensures that end user customers have uninterrupted access to releases that were made available while Support and Maintenance was not active.
