A director-level (or above) executive from your firm must request the spiff payment by emailing akenyon@arrow.com no later than April 30, 2011. The email must include the Arrow invoice number and the reseller executive’s mailing address to which the gift card will be mailed. Arrow ECS will confirm your eligibility and supply a required tax form that must be completed and received no later than May 15, 2011. Arrow ECS will then mail your gift card within two weeks of receipt of this tax form. Arrow ECS reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
