Partners can contact this virtual war room for assistance with issues impacting deal progression. The purpose of IBM Security war room is to provide streamlined access to IBM security subject matter experts to help sellers overcome issues that inhibit sales of IBM security products and services, across all IBM brands. The war room can assist sellers with questions about product roadmap, advanced competitive information, and resources & expertise not available through Techline.

· Your company name, contact name and title.· The client name, opportunity description, opportunity amount, and timeframe targeted (month or quarter) to close the sale.
· The sales challenge or issue, the information or assistance that you are requesting, and any deadline for a response.
The goal is to provide a first response within 1-2 business days by email and/or phone, depending on the issue. The channel sales team is very excited about the opportunity for our business partners to have the support of this talented team of experts from sales, offering management, marketing and support organizations from all IBM security brands as well as IBM Research to help close security deals.
