IBM Software Accelerated Value Program
Session Abstract:
The IBM Software Accelerated Value Program (AVP) is the highest level of technical support services that IBM offers in support of the Software portfolio. The service is predicated on proactive advisory services, problem management and knowledge transfer - all of which is delivered through one or more assigned AVP resources. More than 400 + IBM Software Clients WW currently participate in AVP and see tremendous value in:
· An assigned IBM resource(s) who understands their methodology for managing I/T operations, while bringing to bear deep SW skills (i.e. WebSphere Process Server)
· An IBM resource(s) who pro-actively focuses on improving availability and who makes suggestions on how to take advantage of the software they already own
· When a problem does occur, the ability to leverage a single-point-of-contact who can provide them with a single focal point to manage the issue
The results are quicker deployments of software, problem avoidance and a reduction in both the impact and duration of any problems that are encountered.
