Why would anyone pay cash in advance for anything? If you don't finance your IBM Software at 0%, then that is exactly what you are doing. It's a no brainer. Unfortunately, more customers overlook the obvious when it comes to financing software and services. Financing is happening in the channel! If you are not offering financing quotes with your proposals, you may at a competitive disadvantage.
