New Lotus Authorization Group Available to Arrow Partners

The IBM Lotus brand is now creating a new Reseller Authorization Group (RAG) called Social Software and Unified Communications (SS&UC) which will include the following product groups: IBM Lotus Connections, IBM Lotus Quickr and IBM Lotus Sametime.

Please ensure that you are prepared for this change:

  • Download the Lotus Reseller Authorization Group Skills Navigation Guide and review it to understand how to get started and the courses needed to certify.
  • Review the comprehensive list of classes to schedule the classes you may need to gain your certifications.
