IBM would like to invite Retail Store Solutions Business Partners to attend the IBM BP Forum, to be held in conjunction with the IBM Retail User Group (IRUG) Conference April 25 - 28, 2010 at the J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas.
The IBM BP Forum will take place on April 28 at 1:00 PM following the close of the IRUG Conference.
This year's IRUG conference theme is "Revitalize the Customer Experience" where you will hear from IBM professionals and industry leaders on technology trends, mobility, cloud computing, self-service and POS hardware updates, and more. During the IBM BP Forum, we will continue this theme as we focus on ways IBM can help our Business Partners "Revitalize" their business and increase sales.
Hear from IBM Executives attending IRUG and the IBM BP Forum including Steve Ladwig, John Gaydac, Ben Winchester, Alan Outlaw and Norma Wolcott. This will also be an excellent opportunity to meet Devora Henderson, new Director of IBM Retail Store Solutions Sales.

The BP Forum agenda will include information on the Retail Store Solutions organization, strategic direction, portfolio overview, and details around IBM’s commitment to Business Partner success in Mid-market.
New: The 2009 Retail Store Solutions Business Partner awards will be announced during the IBM BP Forum Meeting.
