IBM Software Group is announcing an incremental 10% fee payment for selected Software Value Incentive (SVI) opportunities. To qualify for the incremental fee payment, an opportunity must qualify for an SVI fee payment and meet all of the following criteria:
1. Completed SVI payment request submitted no later than January 31, 2010.
2. Passport Advantage transaction in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada.
3. Business Partner of the opportunity also Reseller of the sales order.
4. IBM Sales Order Date from November 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 (normal year end processing applies regarding transactions accounted as a 2009 transaction).
5. Total new license revenue (end user entitled or special bid price) of the sales order less than or equal to $50,000 USD ($66,100 CAD).
6. First approved payment per end user customer per Business Partner during the qualifying period.
