SPECIAL BID CERTIFICATION REVIEWS - BUSINESS PARTNER INTERNAL PROCESS IS CRITICAL
IBM Certification Review notices are sent to the focals as chosen by each Business Partner firm. These focals need to understand the time sensitive nature of the communications they are receiving from IBM. Please check within your organization to be sure that all parties are aware of the process so that you do not miss deadlines, as extensions will not be given.
- Who are my focals?
- Do my focals know what action is required when an email comes from the IBM Bid Certification Center (BCC) and/or Global Partner Portal (GPP)?
- Who has responsibility for gathering documents needed for a cert review?
- Who has responsibility for loading the documents into the BCC and submitting the response?
- Do I have a failover plan in the event that my focals are out of the office or unavailable?
