IBM recently announced the BladeCenter Chassis Promotion which offers a Business Partner rebate on two specific System x Chassis (E or S models).  The promotion requires end-user validation that an existing Dell, Sun or HP chassis has been replaced.  These things you probably know.  What you may "not" know is that the promotion is essentialy a NO-CHARGE offering as the actual rebate is approximately equal to the Business Partner's effective cost from Distribution.   And ... that thousands of HP customers with P-class chassis, installed from 2004 to 2006, are effectively "stranded" with no growth option short of replacement.  So what's to lose?  Contact your HP end-users and offer them a great deal on an IBM BladeCenter Chassis today!
